Mayor Cory Booker has reportedly announced that there will be no public ceremony for the singer as her family allegedly wanted to keep things small and private, states TMZ. “In compliance with the family’s wishes the city is not moving forward with any public ceremony,” a rep for the mayor reportedly commented.
